The Open Road

The unheard is a 2023 movie directed by Jeff brown. The movie presents a young girl, Chloe (Lachlan Watson) who lost her hearing at a younger age due to meningitis and was undergoing an experimental procedure to restore her damaged hearing which required her to go back to the old house where she grew up. Chloe eventually regained her hearing but begins to suffer from auditory hallucinations which was in some way, related to her mother’s disappearance. During the treatment, Chloe soon came to realize that her mother didn’t run away as she had imagine but she was murdered by a notorious serial killer who was also a very close family friend.    Thanks to the fact that Chloe was able to regain her ability to hear, she was able to escape from the serial killer unfortunately, she lost her childhood friend who heard her scream to her check up on her.       The genre of the movie is; horror, thriller, and su...
